Website and Related ToolsI've divided the tools into two sections one contains free tools and the other commercial tools and helpful software. There are many good available on the Internet. The tools come in two forms website hosted- which means it runs from a website, and client base tools which means that you download it and it runs on your machine. Some of the tools may require a Google API which is freely available from Google. Here is a collection of useful web related tools that I have found that you may want to add to your webmaster toolkit. Website ranking toolswww.googlerankings.com which allows you to check your Website position in the first 1000 results of Google, Yahoo and MSN. Prsearch.net also have a website ranking tool to check your position at all the major search engines -You can even enter multiple keywords. http://www.searchguild.com/rankchecker.php - This tool requires a Google API (free from Google link provided) and will check your position each day for a selection of keywords Keyword toolsOnline overture and Wordtracker comparison tool. This tool lists overture and Wordtracker results side by side.
