All windows machines have a command line FTP client. Using this type of client is however not for the beginner and I would not try to use this type of client except in emergencies.

The screenshot below shows the command line client in use. The “put” command is used to copy individual pages, in this case the file index3.htm was copied, to copy multiple files use “mput”. To get a list of available commands type “help”.

Using the command line client is only recommended in emergencies. It is much easier use a graphical client  to upload your web pages
